The breakfast spread was nice.The staff ( Front desk and Restaurant ) is very friendly and always puts on a smile.Security is also friendly and helpful in carrying our luggage.Room is clean.

The staff from front office to the breakfast staff to the security was great and helpful. Felt warm while i was there Breakfast was great. Different breakfast daily. On top of that, they do have rabbit pets at the drive way area which makes it special.

I Really Like this Hotel Cause Have Amazing View from Rooftop Bar at 11th Floor,all The staff was Great. Rius Very Friendly and Care to help me and get all information direction About Batam And About Kings Hotel as long as i stay At Kings Hotel Batam,I really Appreciated For Him,and Security Staff Also Mr Marsudi. He is very kinds and Help me When I am Confused To Check In.Thank you and See you again

Stayed for 3D/2N i got my room service massage is pretty good. front staff Mr Kenzie/Rius are pretty nice and very accommodating. Having a large buffet breakfast with alot of choices food are good. Also enjoy night out hotel neighboring food stall just nearby with only a few mins walk. Room is nice and comfortable and clean i will pretty much recommended and looking forward to comeback again🥰

The bed comfortable. Breakfast was standard Indonesian food like maggi goreng, nasi goreng, etc. Lobby was very friendly and helpful. Pool was indoor.

I like this hotel! very relaxing feeling, surrounded with trees and hv the best view, yet location is still in Nagoya area. Only 5 mins to Nagoya Hill and i spend around 20-30k Rupiah only for the taxi (they can help to call). Sure will stay here again!

Kenzi ur front desk staff is very welcoming and is always smiling.Room is already cold upon check in.Requests prior to arrival is met.
